Ervideira Bio Nature is an elegant, sober, and pure's organic red wine. From aromas to wild red fruits, it presents an aromatic bouquet, with flavours of raspberries, currants and blackberries. It presents delicious ripe fruit aromas, with earthy and bergamot notes along with fantastic acidity and highly polished tannins.
Winemaking:
Ervideira Bio Nature is an organic red wine produced with red grapes biologically grown, of Trincadeira, Aragonez, Cabernet Sauvignon planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to stainless steel vats barrels, where it was stayed, for 8 months, in contact with lees, prior to being bottled.

Trincadeira, Aragonez, Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tasting Notes:
Ervideira Bio Nature is an organic red wine from the Alentejo wine region, young, vibrant, pure and with rustic and elegant aromas. It presents sublime notes of wild red fruits, together with notes of ripe black fruit, mineral notes, and very soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
