Winemaking:
After the harvest, a careful selection of the lots of grapes is carried out. Each grape varietie is vinified separately. A thermal shock is given to the grapes, followed by a trodden by foot for 4 hours. The musts are transferred to the stainless steel vats where they ferment, under the control of temperatures of 27ºC. Afterwards a maceration is carried out between 7 and 15 days. The musts aged 12 months in French oak barrels 2 and 3 years before bottling.

Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz, Sousão, Tinto Cão.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.

Tapada de Coelheiros is a red wine of the Herdade dos Coelheiros powerful and dense. It is a wine full of concentration, with notes of black fruit wrapped in spices and tobacco with solid tannins. It is a creamy textured wine with an elegant and persistent finish.
Azul Portugal Alentejo Reserva is a complex and fruity red wine from the Alentejo region. Dominated by ripe black fruit aromas, such as blackberries, plums and dark cherries, hints of dark chocolate, everything beautifully integrated into balsâmic notes and good wood flavours. It features round tannins and a fantastic acidity.
Quinta da Romaneira Petit Verdot is a red wine which presents wonderful fresh wild fruit aromas, ripe black fruits flavours, such as ripe cherries, plums and figs. It has herbaceous notes, mineral nuances and earthy and Mediterranean pine forest notes. It is an elegant red wine, with sober and fine tannins and very soft acidity.
