Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita is a white wine from Dão produced with Encruzado and Verdelho's Grapes. The Encruzado's batch is fermented in used oak barrels, and it stays 9 months in contact with fine lees. The Verdelho's batch is fermented in stainless steel tanks and it stays 9 months, before the stabilization, filtration, blending and bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita is a white wine from Dao that stands out for the good volume and a remarkable freshness and structure. It's a magnificent citric white wine with a long finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Monsaraz Millennium is a rich and fruity white wine from the Alentejo region. It has a crystalline appearance, aromas of tropical fruits and citrus nunces along with some greasiness and good mineral balance.
