Cortes de Cima is a rosé wine produced with Aragonez and Merlot red grapes from the Alentejo region. After a 24-hour maceration in contact with the skins, the wine fermented at low temperature contacted with fine lees for 2 months and was subjected to regular stirring. It spent 6 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Cortes de Cima is a ripe rosé wine with a lot of fragrances of red currant, raspberry and strawberries. It's a delicate wine, poised with a nice dry and fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
