Moinante is a complex, aromatic and very elegant rosé wine from the Alentejo region. It presents a very beautiful color of light salmon and floral aromas, together with flavors of wild red fruits and subtle balsamic hint. It is a full-bodied rosé wine, with very balanced acidity and outstanding minerality.
Winemaking:
Moinante is a rosé wine produced with red grapes of Castelão from the Alentejo region. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at low temperatures. Then, 15% of the batch was transferred to French oak barrels where it has stayed for 6 months, in contact with the fine lees, prior to being blended and bottled.

Moinante is a sophisticated and complex rosé wine from the Alentejo region. It is a rosé wine that presents outstanding floral aromas, notes of red berries very present, balsamic nuances and well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
