Arquivo is a complex, rich and intensely mineral red wine. It presents a richness and depth in aromas of ripe black fruits, with emphasis on flavors of black cherry, plum, and a little licorice. It presents vigorous and closed tannins along with fresh vegetable notes and balsamic notes ending with an extraordinarily elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Arquivo is a red wine produced with red grapes, of old vines planted in the Douro wine region, such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Franca. After smooth crushing and total destemming, the musts have fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. After this process, the wine was transferred to new French and American oak barrels for 12 months prior to being bottled.

Arquivo is a complex red wine, full of aromatic richness from the Douro wine region. It has a long-lasting finish with remarkable acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16°C à 18°C.
