Casa da Passarela Villa Oliveira Touriga Nacional is a markedly concentrated and aromatically virtuous red wine. It displays notes of intense ripe black fruits, delicate notes of violet and flowers, balsamic notes and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Casa da Passarela Villa Oliveira is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grapes of Touriga Nacional from old vines of the Dão wine region. It has macerated for 14 days at cold, in granitic Lagares, and it has fermented there, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine has been transferred to used French oak barrels of 225 liters, where it has stayed for 24 months, prior to being bottled.

Casa da Passarela Villa Oliveira Touriga Nacional is a red wine from Dão that is marked by aromatic density and concentration. It is a red wine of enormous quality, vigorous in the notes of ripe black fruit, with nunaces of violet and flowers and some wild red fruit. It has a very smooth integration of great wood, along with opulent, fleshy tannins and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
