Being one of the most renowned Portuguese Wine Producers of Alentejo, in Portugal, the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation produces one of its best wines, based on respect and love in its vineyard and in the production of its wines. It all begins with the careful selection of the berries that will be part of the lot of this Pêra Manca. After total destemming, slight grinding, gentle pressing, temperature reduction and clarification of the must, part of the must is then fermented in French oak vats and another part of the must is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C . After a maturity in lees fines with batonnage for a period of 12 months, the wine will be aged 9 months, in bottle, before being released on the market.

Tasting Notes:
Light yellow clear color. Citrus aromas and yellow bark fruit, ripe melon and lemon. Also note the floral aromas of jasmine and daisies. The complexity in the mouth is dominant attesting well the aromatic balance with the persistent acidity. Round wine full of freshness with a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature of 10ºC to 12ºC.
