Being one of the most renowned Portuguese Wine Producers of Alentejo, in Portugal, the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation produces one of its best wines, based on respect and love in its vineyard and in the production of its wines. It all begins with the careful selection of the berries that will be part of the lot of this Pêra Manca. After total destemming, slight grinding, gentle pressing, temperature reduction and clarification of the must, part of the must is then fermented in French oak vats and another part of the must is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C . After a maturity in lees fines with batonnage for a period of 12 months, the wine will be aged 9 months, in bottle, before being released on the market.

Tasting Notes:
Light yellow clear color. Citrus aromas and yellow bark fruit, ripe melon and lemon. Also note the floral aromas of jasmine and daisies. The complexity in the mouth is dominant attesting well the aromatic balance with the persistent acidity. Round wine full of freshness with a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature of 10ºC to 12ºC.
Duorum white is an attractive, dense and fruity wine. It is finely structured dominated by exotic and white fruits such as grapefruit and peach with a clear acidity interwoven in the wine's body offering a fresh and velvety ending.
Goblet is a white wine full of character, authenticity and aromatic quality from the wine region of Trás os Montes. It presents citrus notes, closed but present floral bouquet, lively acidity but balanced with open mineral notes that give it a freshness and balance of great prominence.
Oboé Vinhas Velhas is a complex, mineral and medium concentration white wine from the Douro region. It has citrus and floral aromas, subtle notes of excellent wood, a very fresh structure with notes of tropical fruits and whitebark fruits along with an extraordinary acidity and persistence.
Vinha da Urze is a fresh and mineral white wine, with delicious aromas of peach and apple. In the mouth, it is fresh and fruity, with refreshing acidity and a long and crunchy finish.
Yellow straw alive color. Notes of very intense fruit dominated by citrus and mineral's notes. It is a very elegant wine. In the mouth it is deep with complex fruit flavors and great acidity. Nuts of almonds and hazelnuts and tobacco. The end of mouth is fresh and persistent.
Citrus color. Elegant, full and persistent aroma. In the mouth it is full-bodied, fresh and complex, with a refreshing finish.
