Rovisco Pais Premium is a complex red wine, aromatically concentrated and enclosed in imposing balsamic tannins. It has a great aromatic structure, highlighting notes of ripe black fruits, vanilla aromas, marked minerality and polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Rovisco Pais Premium is a red wine produced with red grapes of Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon planted in the region of Peninsula de Setubal. The grapes were vinified separately and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats prior to being subjected to a long maceration. The wines were aged in French and American oak barrels, for 12 months, prior to being blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Rovisco Pais Premium is an imposing, complex and elegant red wine. It presents a structure full of volume, density, highlighting intense and rich aromas of ripe black fruits, hints of spice and vanilla and soft tannins. It is a mineral red wine, aromatic and with extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
