Rovisco Pais Reserva is an elegant and fruity red wine produced in the wine region of the Setúbal Peninsula. It presents a Balanced Chantal freshness and soft tannins along with good acidity.
Winemaking:
Rovisco Pais Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Castelão, Touriga Nacional, and Cabernet Sauvignon planted in the wine region of Peninsula de Setubal. The grapes were vinified separately and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats prior to being subjected to a long maceration. The wines were aged in French and American oak barrels, for 6 months, prior to being blended and bottled.

Castelão, Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tasting Notes:
Rovisco Pais Reserva is an aromatic, fruity and well-structured red wine. It presents interesting notes of ripe red fruit, balsamic aromas, spices and soft tannins. It is a fresh red wine with elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
