Colinas Reserva is a red wine that presents a ruby color, showing notes of ripe black fruit, balsamic notes, and vanilla. Presents fruity and juicy tannins with mineral notes and balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Colinas Reserva is a red wine produced from red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot planted in the Bairrada wine region. After a gentle press, with total destemming, the grapes were fermented in used's oak vats at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine has aged in used's French oak barrels for 24 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Colinas Reserva is a very elegant, fruity and extremely dense red wine. It presents an intensely aromatic bouquet predominating ripe black fruits such as cherries, plums and figs, balsamic nuances and notes of peppers. It is a red wine with soft but juicy tannins and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
