Cortes de Cima is a monovarietal red wine produced with Trincadeira red grapes from Alentejo. It is a wine dominated by red fruit fragrances, some spices, vanilla touches and subtle notes of tobacco. It features a soft texture, rounded tannins with a lot of fruit concentration and a delicious acidity.

Cortes de Cima is a red wine produced with exclusively Trincadeira red grapes from the region of Alentejo. After a prolonged maceration the fermentation process occurred at low and controlled temperatures. The wine was stayed, for 6 months, in French oak barrels until bottling.

Cortes de Cima Trincadeira is an Alentejo red wine full of ripe red fruit aromas with succulent and dry tannins, along with a velvety texture and a rich concentration of fruit.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Discordia Reserva is a complex red wine, rich in aromatic concentration and very elegant.
