Fita Preta Chão dos Eremitas os Paulistas is a complex red wine with an open and elegant aromatic bouquet. It presents good aromatic intensity, highlighting wild red fruit notes, residual resin aromas, floral nuances and basaltic aromas. It is a red wine of great depth, polished tannins and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Fita Preta Chão dos Eremitas os Paulistas is a red wine produced with red grapes from Alfrocheiro Preto, Trincadeira, Tinta Carvalha, and Castelão of the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it remained, for 18 months prior to being bottled.

Fita Preta Chão dos Eremitas os Paulistas is a red wine from Alentejo that has a fine texture and very elegant structure. It is a very fine, polished red wine, which presents aromas of wild red fruits, mineral and resinous notes and delicious balsamic perfume.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
