Grande Rocim Reserva is a complex, rich and intensely aromatic red wine from the Alentejo wine region. Presenting evident mineral aromas such as wet stone, sulfur and truffle, it presents heavy notes of ripe black fruit, such as figs, plums and cherries, wrapped in silky, juicy tannins and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Grande Rocim Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in cement tanks, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels for 20 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Grande Rocim Reserva is an imposing red wine, aromatically rich, with notes of mineral aromas marked in a delicious bouquet of ripe black fruit aromas. Its balsamic notes enrich its core, fruity and juicy with well-marked and solid tannins along with very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
