Herdade de S. Miguel Private Collection is a red wine of exceptional quality, with a dense and full-bodied body and a dark purple colour. It presents intense and closed aromas of forest fruits, spices, floral notes and balsamic notes. It is a red wine with opulent and robust tannins, which presents great freshness, minerality and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade de S. Miguel Private Collection is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, and Aragonez planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in cement's Lagares, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 24 months, in contact with lees, prior to being bottled.

Herdade de S. Miguel Private Collection is a red wine from the Alentejo wine region that presents a closed purple colour, intense aromas of forest fruits, ripe black fruits, pinewood notes, floral fragrances and delicious balsamic nuances. It is a wine loaded with fruit, imposing tannins and minerals and ends in a very soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
