Quinta da Pacheca Reserva is a complex, elegant and vigorous red wine. With very balanced balsamic notes, they harmonize deliciously with violet fragrances, aromas of ripe black fruits, mineral nuances and spices. It is an exuberant red wine with juicy and austere tannins and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta da Pacheca Reserva is a red wine produced from red grapes of Sousão, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca,Tinto Cão,Tinta Amarela, and Touriga Nacional from the Douro wine region. After the harvest, the grapes macerated in stainless steel tanks before being pressed, for 14 days. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it has staged for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta da Pacheca Reserva is an imposing and intensely aromatic red wine. Violet fragrances stand out, complemented by aromas of ripe black fruits, balsamic notes and spices. It exhibits vigorous and austere tannins and extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
