Herdade do Peso Grande Trinca Bolotas is a robust, round and very aromatic red wine from the Alentejo region. It presents aromas loaded with ripe black fruit, dense and full tannins, complexity and enormous aromaticity.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Peso Grande Trinca Bolotas is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, and Syrah from the region of Alentejo. The wine was subjected to a long maceration process, with the skins and the stalks, for 21 days, where it has been continuously and carefully remounted and where the wine has fermented, at controlled temperatures. The wine was aged in new's French oak barrels for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Herdade do Peso Grande Trinca Bolotas is a round red wine full of aromas of ripe black fruits, highlighting intense flavors of blackberries, cherries and black figs. It is a red wine with a purple color, dense, with soft and full-bodied tannins and an extra-extraordinary acidity that is subtle.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 18ºC.
