Herdade do Rocim Alicante Bouschet is a red wine that has a fresh, mineral and balsamic profile. It displays aromas of wild fruits, along with vegetal notes, vanilla and spices along with an extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Rocim Alicante Bouschet is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels for 12 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Herdade do Rocim Alicante Bouschet is a mineral, fresh, tense and very aromatic red wine. It presents notes of red wild fruits, with high quality balsamic aromas, tannins with tension and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
