O Estrangeiro is a rich and tense red wine, fruity and full-bodied. It is a wine with aromas of very lively and ripe fruit, displaying red fruits in its bouquet and pre-macerated fruit. It displays balsamic notes of great quality, imposing tannins and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
O Estrangeiro is a red wine produced with red grapes of old vines from the Dão wine region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in cement tanks, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels for 18 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

O Estrangeiro is an opulent, majestic, mineral and fruit-packed red wine. It has imposing and tense tannins, with hints of ripe plum and fig aromas, notes of vanilla and dried tobacco leaf, along fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
