Passa it's a delicious and elegant's red wine from the Douro region. It's so well-balanced by its rich ripe black fruit aromas and the so well maturated scents of the ageing in barrel. It presents round but solid tannins, notes of moist soil, rock and a wonderful acidity.
Winemaking:
Passa is a red wine produced from red grapes of Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, and Tinta Roriz from the Douro region. After a long maceration of 10 days, the wine has fermented in traditional Granitic Lagares after the grapes have being trodding by foot. The wine has been transferred to 2 and 3 years old used's French oak barrels, where it has stayed for 18 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Passa is an extraordinary and elegant's red wine from the Douro region, and it's marked by exuberant black fruits aromas of plums and ripe cherries, so well integrated into its delicious vanilla and black chocolate nuances and its soft and round tannins alongside a fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
