Pastor da Serra Reserva is a red wine with crystalline aromas, harmonious and elegant, exhibiting fine aromas of ripe red fruit, notes of wild berries, and delicate floral fragrances. It displays freshness, silky and soft tannins, and balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Pastor da Serra Reserva is a red wine produced from red grape varieties of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz planted in the Beira Interior wine region. After the fermentation process that occurred in stainless steel vats, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels for 6 months, where it was subjected to regular stirring innn the last 2 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Pastor da Serra Reserva is an elegant red wine with a soft and balanced structure. It harmoniously combines delicious notes of ripe red fruit with mineral hints, floral fragrances, and well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
The wine bottle should be stored lying down at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
