M.O.B. Jaen is a robust, aromatic and fresh red wine from the Dão region. Featuring notes of ripe black fruits, it presents great minerality, with aromas of wet rock and moist soil. It is a red wine with tight and creased tannins and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
M.O.B. Jaen is a red wine produced from indigenous red grapes of Jaen from the Dão Region. It has macerated for 12 days at cold in granitic Lagares, and it has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine has been transferred to used's French oak barrels of 225 liters, where it has stayed for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
M.O.B. Jaen is a full-bodied, mineral red wine full of aromas of wild black fruits from the Dão region. It features an intense aromatic bouquet with intense notes of blueberries, blackberries and black cherries along with vigorous and elegant tannins and great acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
