Chryseia 2014 it's a powerful, concentrated, elegant and structured with nothing to excess. It has delicious black currant fruit as well as a core of firm tannins, ripe and poised.
Winemaking:
Chryseia 2014 was made from a scrupulous selection of grapes from the vineyards of Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz. The Quinta da Vila Velha vineyard, which borders Roriz also made a contribution to creates this extraordinary wine. Chryseia 2014 is a powerful wine created by the Symington family partnered with former Château Cos-d’Estournel owner Bruno Prats to produce a top-quality Douro' red wine as the powerful's red wines from Bordeaux.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca.
Tasting Notes:
Chryseia 2014 is rich, full and densely concentrated. With balanced wood ageing, it is still toasty, offering ripe fruit that shows great potential.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
