Quinta Do Cume Selection is a red wine from the Douro that presents a very elegant bouquet of aromas, displaying notes of ripe red fruits, highlighting flavours of cherry and wild strawberry, balsamic touches and very delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta Do Cume Selection is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Alicante Bouschet planted in the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alicante Bouschet.

Quinta Do Cume Selection is a fruity and elegant red wine from the Douro that presents intense aromas of ripe red fruits, such as wild strawberries and cherries, along with delicate balsamic notes, mineral structure, ripe tannins and excellent acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
