Quinta do Grifo Grande Reserva is an elegant, opulent, austere and mineral red wine from the Douro region. It presents impressive notes of aromatic freshness, highlighting the aromas of very ripe black fruits, well balanced with spices and elegant smoked notes. It ends in a very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Grifo Grande Reserva is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grape's varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, and Sousão, from the Douro region. After a long period of maceration, the wine has fermented at controlled temperatures in oak vats where it was continuously and carefully stirred. After the fermented process, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels, in contact with fine lees, and it has remained for 12 months prior to being stabilized, filtered and bottled.

Quinta do Grifo Grande Reserva is an extraordinary red wine from the Douro, dominated by high-quality aromatic notes, with aromas of very ripe black fruits, together with austere and very round tannins. The wine develops through a dense and full-bodied structure and ends in a very balanced acidity with very well integrated wood notes.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
