Tapada De Villar is a red wine from the Alentejo wine region, full of aromas of ripe red fruit, high-quality balsamic notes, displaying a delicate floral perfume and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Tapada De Villar is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga nacional, Aragonez, and Trincadeira planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process, which occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, a partial part was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being blended and bottled.

Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, Trincadeira.
Tasting Notes:
Tapada De Villar is a red wine of great elegance and fantastic aromatic intensity. Displays aromas of red fruits. ripe, with balsamic notes of spices and vanilla, silky and velvety tannins and acidity very well integrated into its fruity bouquet.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
