Fonseca Bin 27 is part of a heritage from Fonseca house. With the same style of the greats Fonseca Vintage Ports, Fonseca Bin 27 stands out for being a powerful Ruby Port with a great depth and character.
Winemaking:
Fonseca Bin 27 was created in 1972 when the Fonseca house has decided to produce a distinct Port Wine taking advantage of the complex fruit quality of its wines. No other producer was able to reproduce the fruity and opulent character that was a unique characteristic of the wines produced by the Porto Fonseca house, which found its maximum expression in its Vintage Port wines. In this way, the production of a distinct batch of wine that could convey this magnificent quality of fruit, but in a more rounded and more accessible Port wine style, destined for a more immediate consumption, was conceived in this Fonseca Bin 27 Finest Reserve.

Tasting Notes:
Fonseca Bin 27 presents a deep red colour. It has a fruity nose, it's rich and intense, full of fruit ripe aromas as cherries, plums, and blackberries. It's a full bodied wine with a velvety texture, balanced by firm tannins. The juicy black fruit flavours remain until the end.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store the bottle horizontally in a dark place with constant temperature, ideally between 12ºC and 15ºC.
