Casa Dos Amados Todos Blanc De Noirs Brut is a sparkling wine that presents a bouquet of complex and effervescent aromas. Highlights a mousse of ripe citrus fruits, with tropical aromas, notes of toasted brioche bread, and dried fruits. It also displays elegant, fine bubbles and delicious citrus acidity.
Winemaking:
Casa Dos Amados Todos Blanc De Noirs Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with grape varieties of Baga from the Bairrada wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed for 12 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation, the sparkling wine aged for 48 months in the cellar.

Casa Dos Amados Todos Blanc De Noirs Brut is a sparkling wine with very well-defined aromas, clearly highlighting notes of ripe citrus fruits and tropical fruit. It displays a complex bouquet, with hints of ripe fruit, notes of toasted bread, sweet confectionery and dried fruits along with a delicious tangerine mousse and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
