Caves Velhas Reserva Encruzado is a full-bodied and rich white wine. It displays a citrusy aromatic bouquet, with flavours of ripe citrus fruits along with aromas of tropical fruits, balsamic notes and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Caves Velhas Reserva Encruzado is a white wine from the Dão wine region that is produced with white grapes of Encruzado. After de fermentation process that occured in stainless steel vats, at controled temperatures, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it stayed, in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring, for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Caves Velhas Reserva Encruzado is an elegant and multifaceted white wine that displays notes of ripe citrus fruits, hints of tropical fruits, and balsamic touches. It exhibits a bouquet with notes of lemon, passion fruit, and apricot that blend with subtle touches of vanilla and wood, along with extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
