Coutada Velha Signature is a white wine with predominantly citrus aromas with delicious touches of tropical fruits, highlighting notes such as passion fruit, mango and orange peel. It displays delicate floral notes, balsamic aromas and tea fragrances along with fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Coutada Velha Signature is a white wine produced with white grapes of Arinto, Alvarinho, and Antão Vaz planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Coutada Velha Signature is a white wine with delicious tropical fruit aromas, which displays notes of fruits such as passion fruit, mango along with delicious ripe citrus fruits, such as orange and peach. It presents notes of toast, involving citrus notes and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
