Porrais Signature is an aromatic, mineral white wine with an expressive and intense citrus profile. It is a white wine that displays notes of lime and lemon, some notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple, mineral nuances and balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Porrais Signature is a white wine produced from native white grapes of Verdelho, Viosinho, Rabigato, and Códega do Larinho from the Douro wine region. After fermentation, the wine was aged in stainless steel vats, where it remained in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Porrais Signature is a white wine that presents a perfect harmony between acidity and an extraordinary aromatic fruity bouquet that gives it extraordinary quality when tasted. It presents a velvety profile, and citrus notes along with mineral hints and delicate floral fragrances.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
