Terras D'Ervideira is an elegant and fresh white wine from the Alentejo wine region. It has a mineral structure, associated with saline aromas, along with notes of tropical fruit and citrus. It is a white wine with very soft acidity, velvety body and citrus aromas very well integrated into its aromatic bouquet.
Winemaking:
Terras D'Ervideira is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz, Roupeiro, and Arinto from the Alentejo wine region. The wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to small stainless steel vats, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Terras D'Ervideira is a white wine that presents great aromatic quality, freshness and a dazzling citrus profile. Although its aromatic bouquet is predominantly tropical, mineral, saline and iodized notes are evident alongside floral nuances and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
