Pacheca Premium is an elegant and fresh white wine that displays citrus aromas with floral nuances and notes of orchard fruits. Presenting a mineral and fresh profile, it displays balsamic notes and balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Pacheca Premium is a white wine produced from native white grapes from Viosinho, Arinto, and Moscatel Galego from the Douro wine region. After fermentation, the wine was aged in oak barrels, where it remained in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 6 months, before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Pacheca Premium is an aromatic, floral and fruity white wine from the Douro region. It presents notes of ripe citrus fruits, white stone fruits such as peaches and apples, and fragrances of spring flowers. It is a delicate and elegant white wine and finishes with very soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
