Granito Cru is a complex white wine, intensely aromatic and with fine and very well integrated balsamic notes. It presents a mineral and citric bouquet, with notes of tropical fruits, velvety texture with exuberant concentration that leaves fat notes in the glass along with very fine acidity.
Winemaking:
Granito Cru is a white wine produced with white grapes of Encruzado, Bical and Sercial from the Dão wine region. After the fermentation process in oak vats at controlled temperatures, the wine has transferred to French oak barrels, for 9 months, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Granito Cru is an elegant, complex and aromatically exotic white wine from the Dão region, with a fat texture, exuberant base and delicious citrus notes. It has a tropical and balsamic profile, with superb balance and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
