LouCa is a white wine from the Alentejo wine region that is complex and dense, with a persistent tear and aromas of ripe citrus and balsamic notes. It exhibits a lot of complexity in the aromas, presenting a velvety texture, with some fat and sublime acidity.
Winemaking:
LouCa is a white wine produced with autochthones white grapes of Rabigato, Verdelho, Arinto, Galego Dourado, and Esgana Cão from the Alentejo wine region. This wine is a blend of three different fermentation types of batchs. One of them has been subjected after a long pelicular maceration, another with a total long maceration and a third batch that has fermentated after grapes desteming and the clarification of the must. The mix of these three batches has resulted in this LouCa white wine which was transferred to used small oak barrels where it has stayed, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, for 9 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
LouCa is a complex, velvety white wine with a wide aromatic spectrum. It presents deep citrus flavours, complex tropical aromas, exuberant minerality, balsamic notes, fresh tea leaf fragrances, and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
