Niepoort Docil Riesling is a white wine from the Douro that has an extraordinary aromatic and structural balance. It is subtle in the highlight of its freshness with notes of tropical fruits, passion fruit and citrus fruits. It is a mineral white wine, aromatic and exhibiting a very delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Niepoort Docil Riesling is a white wine produced from white grapes of Riesling planted in the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process into stainless steel tanks, the wine aged in stainless steel vats, where it remained in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 9 months, before bottling.

Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
