Pêra Doce Antão Vaz Premium is a complex white wine, aromatically intense and with a fresh and mineral bouquet. It presents intense notes of tropical fruits together with citrus aromas and delicate floral notes. It is a very balanced and mineral white wine and finishes with a notable acidity.
Winemaking:
Pêra Doce Antão Vaz Premium is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation 30% of the batch was transferred to oak barrels where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Pêra Doce Antão Vaz Premium is an elegant, fresh white wine with a velvety structure. Displaying complex aromatic notes of tropical fruits, it is balanced by citrus notes and delicate floral notes along with extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
