Quinta do Ribeirinho Sercialinho is a white wine that presents a fantastic aromatic bouquet, with a great velvety texture, ripe citrus aromas, delicate floral notes, and very subtle balsamic notes. It is a precise, fresh, intensely aromatic white wine ending with crisp acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Ribeirinho Sercialinho is a white wine produced with white grapes of Sercialinho from the Bairrada wine Region. After the pressing process, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats where it has stayed for 12 months, in contact with fine lees, and it has been subjected to regular stirring, prior to being transferred to French oak barrels where it has stayed for 8 months prior to being decanted, filtrated and bottled.

It presents a bouquet of aromas in which notes of ripe citrus fruits, fresh herbs, delicate floral nuances and balsamic notes stand out. It is a precise, fresh, velvety white wine with fabulous acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
