Vinha da Valentina Viosinho is a fruity, delicately floral white wine that displays an open aromatic bouquet, dominated by notes of ripe citrus and hints of tropical fruits. It is a fresh, mineral white wine with good acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinha da Valentina Viosinho is a white wine produced in the wine region of Peninsula de Setubal with white grapes of Viosinho. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature, and it was subjected to regular stirring for 4 months prior to being stabilised, filtered and bottled.
