Vinha D'Ervideira Colheita Selecionada is an elegant and fine red wine, with a sober structure and a very balanced aroma. It presents intense aromas of wild red fruits with notes of plum and cherry. It presents balsamic nuances along with soft and juicy tannins and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinha D'Ervideira Colheita Selecionada is a red wine produced with red grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet, and Trincadeira planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 6 months, in contact with lees, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Vinha D'Ervideira Colheita Selecionada is a ripe red wine, with aromas of ripe wild fruits and notes of black fruits. It has aromas of cherry and plum, along with spices, vanilla and mineral notes. It is an elegant red wine with very soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
