Adega de Palmela Colheita Selecionada is a fruity, elegant, and fresh red wine. It presents vibrant aromas of wild red berries, ripe fruit, along with hints of jam, balsamic aromas, and expressive yet delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Adega de Palmela Colheita Selecionada is a red wine produced from grapes of Castelão, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet from the Peninsula de Setubal wine region. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where aged for 8 months prior to being bottled.

Adega de Palmela Colheita Selecionada is a red wine with fruity, fresh, and persistent aromas. Its fruity bouquet presents aromas of fresh wild red berries, balsamic aromas, velvety tannins, and very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
