Cistus is an elegant and juicy red wine with plenty of ripe fruit aromas, notes of vanilla, a perfect and round tannins and a poised acidity. It's a wonderful and refined wine from the Douro Valley.
Cistus Douro | Red Wine
Winemaking:
Cistus is a red wine produced from traditional grape varieties of the Douro region as Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca. The Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and the wine stays for 6 months in used oak barrels until bottling.

Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca.
Tasting Notes:
Cistus is a Douro's wine with plenty of ripe fruits aromas, a touch of several spices, included vanilla, great tannins and a well-balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
