Ruby-red colour, complex aroma to ripe fruits (blackberries, currants), and some notes of coconut and chocolate. In the mouth it is soft, round, with soft tannins and a prolonged aftertaste.
Winemaking:
The best batches were selected during fermentation, separated and stabilised. From these two lots, one of which, destined to age in French oak barrels. After mixing these two batches, the final wine to be bottled is obtained.
Grape Varieties:
Castelão, Trincadeira, Aragonêz
Tasting Notes:
Ruby-red colour, complex aroma of ripe fruits (blackberries, currants), and some notes of coconut and chocolate. In the mouth, it is soft, round, with soft tannins and a prolonged aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advice:
Should be drunk at a temperature of 16º-18ºC.
