Niepoort Trudy is a Ruby Port wine of an unique and delicious authenticity from the Douro wine region. It is a wine that displays fresh aromas, mineral aromas, notes of ripe black fruits, vanilla and fennel. A Port wine with extraordinary balsamic notes and vibrant acidity.
Winemaking:
Niepoort Trudy is a classic ruby Port wine produced from the blend of the autochthonous red grapes as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Amarela, Sousão, and Tinta Roriz from the Douro wine region. The wine has stayed, an average of 3 years, in French oak barrels prior to being bottled.

Niepoort Trudy is a genuin and natural Ruby Port wine which presents delicate and fine ripe black fruit aromas, the most exclusive that can be extracted from the Douro. It's a wonderful Ruby Port wine who we can find delicious aromas of ripe black cherries, plummes and blackberries, complemented with balsamic aromas, light hints of fennel. and notes of wild fruit.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.
