Cartuxa is a fresh, complex Brut sparkling wine full of fresh citrus notes peppered with hints of spices and fresh herbs. It presents notes of apricots and peach, with light yeast and toasted bread. Cartuxa is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with grape varieties of Arinto from the Alentejo wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process, the wine was transferred to small stainless steel vats, where it stayed for 6 months in contact with fine lees and carefully stirred continuously, prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation, it aged for 7 years in the cellar, prior to the disgorgement

Cartuxa is a complex Brut Sparkling wine with an enormous aromatic quality. Showing notes of ripe citrus fruits, it presents nuances of mint and pepper, some notes of toasted bread and delicate yeast. With a fine and elegant bubble, the aromas of tangerine mousse stand out alongside a vibrant and very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Luis Pato Maria Gomes Brut is an elegant and aromatic sparkling wine of the Bairrada wine region which features a fine and persistent bubble and an open aromatic bouquet. It presents delicious ripe whitebark fruit aromas, notes of roasted almonds, bread toast and nuances of fresh yeast. In the mouth, it is fresh, citric and with great acidity.
Little intense yellow color. Fine bubbles. The aromas are led by the macerated fruit apple, freshly cut fresh herbs and some sweet pastry. The trailing flowers show up fresh and complete intense ending. Refreshed creamy foam. Finishes with medium persistence.
Quinta do Valdoeiro Baga Arinto Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine from the region of Bairrada which presents a medium bubble, subtle aromas of forest fruits, toast, yeast, hazelnuts and delicate notes of dried figs. It has a lively and elegant acidity balanced by an attractive mousse.
Casal Mendes Blue is a blue sparkling wine with a sweet profile, with a very elegant mousse, a vibrant and expressive bubble, a lot of freshness, with some notes of yeast and toasted bread and some dried fruits.
Fita Azul Attitude Reserva Brut is an impressive Portuguese Sparkling Wine. It presents a pale beautiful straw colour and it has become slightly drier over the years. It shows several quality fruits aromas as apples and lime flavours. The acidity and crisp texture make it immediately attractive. Light and fruity at the end, it is a good apéritif wine.
Murganheira Reserva it's a fine and delicate Brut Sparkling Wine with a bright fruity aroma and packed with a creamy mousse. This sparkling wine has a fresh green apple character with a lively personality.
