Costa Boal Chardonnay is a white wine with enormous aromatic involvement, dense mineral notes, salinities and delicate floral aromas. It presents tropical fruit in its bouquet, and well-defined citrus nuances, such as tangerine and lime peel fragrances. It is a velvety white wine, showing a creamy texture and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Costa Boal Chardonnay is a white wine produced with white grape varieties of Chardonnay from the Douro wine region. It is fermented using only natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine has maturated for 3 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months.

Costa Boal Chardonnay is a white wine that presents a very elegant mineral matrix, with notes of salinity and iodine along with dominant aromas of tropical fruit, such as banana and passion fruit, along with notes of ripe citrus fruits such as tangerine and lemon. It is a seductive, velvety white wine with extraordinary minerality.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
