Portal da Calçada Reserva is an intense and citric white wine from the Vinho Verde Region. Fresh and young, it expresses intense notes of citrus fruits such as lime, grapefruit and also reveals perfumes of white-skinned fruits such as melon and apple. It finishes velvety in the mouth with mineral notes and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Portal da Calçada Reserva is a white wine produced in the Vinho Verde Region, from the white grape varieties of Loureiro, Arinto, Azal, and Trajadura. The wine has fermented at controlled temperatures and It has stayed for 4 months in contact with fine lees, where it has been submitted to a regular stirring, into the stainless steel tanks, prior to being decantated, filtrated, and bottled.
