Portal Fidalgo is a white wine with extraordinary elegance, character, and aromatic structure. It is a wine with dominant citrus notes, highlighting notes of peach, grapefruit, and lime. It presents an immense freshness, minerality, and balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Portal Fidalgo is a white wine produced in the region of Monção with white grapes of Alvarinho. The wine was subjected to a short maceration prior to the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to stainless steel vats, where it has been in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Portal Fidalgo is an extraordinary white wine, full of aromatic complexity, with notes of ripe citrus fruits and tropical nuances. It displays delicate floral fragrances, a lot of freshness, and fantastic citrus acidity.

Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
