Quinta do Gradil Reserva is a complex white wine of the region of Lisbon that presents an elegant aromatic structure, intense notes of citrus, subtle notes of good wood, creaminess and a very well balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Gradil Reserva is a white wine produced in the region of Lisboa with white grapes of Chardonnay and Arinto. The wine was subjected to a short maceration prior to being fermented in French oak hulls at controlled temperatures. It has stayed for 3 months in stainless steel tanks and further 6 months in French oak barrels in contact with fine lees and subjected to a regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Quinta do Gradil Reserva is a complex and creamy white wine from the region of Lisbon dominated with tropical fruit aromas, balsamic notes, and wonderful citric flavours. it's a mineral wine, with a velvety texture and a delicious acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 1ºC.
