Winemaking:
A monovarietal wine from the Syrah grape variety. After harvest, the grapes were carefully selected to ensure optimum ripeness. They were destemmed, pressed, following the fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine was subjected to a very prolonged maceration of the skins to improve the aroma of fruits and achieve a good balance and structure of tannins. Part of the batch (90%) aged in French oak barrels and the rest aged in American oak barrels for 8 months until bottled.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at 18ºC. Serve the temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
Quinta da Romaneira Touriga Nacional is an extraordinary red wine, intensely aromatic, slightly floral and very elegant, from the Douro wine region. Porta da Ravessa its a lovely light red wine from Alentejo and it shows a beautiful ruby colour. It reveals clean aromas and fresh red fruit flavours, young fresh grapes, with a round, velvety structure.
Infiel is an elegant and fruity red wine from the Douro, with aromas of ripe red fruits, cocoa, and soft wood notes. In the mouth, it is elegant, with good acidity and velvety tannins. The finish is structured and harmonious.
Casa da Passarella O Oenólogo Vinhas Velhas is a complex, powerful, and intensely aromatic red wine. It has a dense structure, with intense aromas of red fruits, such as cherries, raspberries and plums, and balsamic notes. It is a fresh red wine, with juicy tannins and balanced acidity.
